The Studio tells the capture team what to record, where each file belongs, what supporting proof is missing, and what will later be available inside the spatial review experience.
The organizing rule
Never upload an unexplained file. Every source needs a physical location, a subject, an evidence type, and a reason it matters.
Create the buildings, floors, rooms, exterior zones, or commercial work areas before uploading files.
Example: Main House → Level 1 → Formal LivingRecord one slow 360 capture or walkthrough that establishes the full room and its orientation.
Stand near the center; keep doors, windows, walls, floor, and ceiling visible.Add close photos or short clips for windows, doors, wiring, plumbing, finishes, equipment, defects, and concealed work.
Name the exact subject: “North window W-03,” not “window video.”Upload plans, invoices, product labels, installation records, inspections, warranties, and change orders to the same room or component.
Example: W-03 detail photo + approved window schedule + installation invoice.The system separates what is visible from what is merely claimed and asks for missing angles, dates, documents, or professional verification.

Select the property and date. Open the correct governed release—not a loose folder of files.
Enter a building, floor, and room. Navigate through the same structure created during intake.
Look at a component and select its marker. See the close-up, document, date, source, and review status together.
Compare stages and record a disposition. Review change over time while keeping the final decision human.
Product status: Studio intake and governed manifest are the current foundation. The native Vision Pro viewing experience is the next development layer and is not presented as released functionality.

Package governance
