A takeoff needs dimensioned floor plans. Re-analysing a set that includes them is what would produce one.
Not a contractor's estimate: no waste, no cut optimisation, no scale measuring. Every quantity carries its provenance — printed fact, plan count, or derived arithmetic — and open questions are RFIs the product raises itself. Accepting records a working baseline; only line-by-line expert review creates a human-confirmed value.
